Since most of our products are customized, one of our professional impressionists must have access to your ear so he/she can either make the mold that will go to our lab, or make the solid plug that will be ready in less than an hour. Either way, a personal meeting between you and one of our impressionists is required.

There are several ways you can have an impression made.
